2、絲蟲熱 周期性突然發(fā)生寒戰(zhàn)、高熱，2—3日后自退。有 些僅有低熱而無寒戰(zhàn)。局部無淋巴結(jié)炎或淋巴管言，有時伴。絲 蟲熱可能為深部淋巴結(jié)言或淋巴管炎所致。班氏絲蟲病流行區(qū)多 見絲蟲熱發(fā)作。3、精炎、附睪炎和睪丸炎 表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱劑一側(cè)自 腹股溝向下蔓延的疼痛，并放射至大腿內(nèi)則。局部檢查可見睪丸 和附睪腫大，有壓痛，精上一個或多個結(jié)節(jié)性腫塊，壓痛明顯， 持續(xù)數(shù)天后可自行消退，腫塊變小而較硬，反復(fù)發(fā)作可致腫塊逐 漸增大。4、肺嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞浸潤綜合征 又稱“絲蟲性嗜酸性粒 細(xì)胞增多癥”，表現(xiàn)為畏寒、發(fā)熱、咳嗽、哮喘及淋巴結(jié)腫大。 肺部有游走性浸潤、X線胸片可見支氣管血管紋理增多和廣泛粟粒 樣斑點狀影，痰中可找到嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞和夏—雷結(jié)晶。周圍血嗜 酸性粒細(xì)胞增多，占白細(xì)胞總數(shù)20%—80%不等。血中常可找到微 絲蚴。

Microfilaria can often be found in the blood.
